Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email and notification when your order has shipped.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Deliveries are made from 9am – 6pm Monday – Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

You can skip the shipping fees with free pickup at My Extensionz Salon. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within Monday to Sunday business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am – 7pm on. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International orders are processed within 5-10 working days. All orders are processed within business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

CUSTOMS DUTIES: Your country may charge duties and tax upon the product entering your country. We do not know that amount, Customers are responsible for paying all related taxes.

CUSTOMS DELAY: Your country may delay the entry of your package by up to 30 days or more. This is a rare case that is not in our control. We do our best to make sure you can track your package easily through our tracking number. However, we are not responsible for delays not by our fault and do not honor refund if the item is not returned to us in the original condition.

Returms Policy

We at Smith Skin Studio, are very proud of our products and believe in the integrity and quality of our products. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at hello@smithskinstudio.com and let us know.

We have a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow for a product exchange within three days of purchase with the products uncompromised and still in the original package. To make an exchange, please send your original order, including payment receipt via a trackable source.
