Apply a small amount of scrub to wet skin and massage in a circular motion. If using a brush, make short; light strokes. Exfoliate for about 30 seconds, rinse well with lukewarm water and pat dry.
Avoid exfoliating if your skin has open cuts, wounds or sunburn.
Be careful in the shower as oils can make floor surfaces slippery.
